Welcome to 7th-grade math! This is going to be a fun and exciting year! This is my 29th year of teaching and coaching. I graduated from Navajo High School and after 4 years of playing college basketball at the University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma, I graduated with a BS degree in Math and Physical Education. My claim to fame would be that I was the 1st female inducted into the USAO Athletic Hall of Fame. https://usao.edu/sports/athletic-hall-fame I have taught math and coached at Erick, Altus, Navajo and Hollis. I have been married to Rodney Wilson, a Sayre graduate and member of the 1985 State Football Runner-Up team, for 28 years and we have 3 kids. Chase, a former college pitcher, will finish pharmacy school at SWOSU this coming May. Rylee, a former Miss Oklahoma contestant and current 6th-grade math teacher and assistant sb and bkb coach at Sayre, is married to Sayre All-State baseball player, Taylor Varnell. They will have my first granddaughter in October. Kelby graduated from Sayre in 2019 and is now attending Northeastern State University. I look forward to teaching and getting to you you this year.
